2. TERMS OF PRODUCT PURCHASE
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by us at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order. Orders are deemed accepted by us upon our acknowledging such order within 7 days.
We use our best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery. However you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and we may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where we established that it is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases we will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product.

We may vary the prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full. Product availability and product prices may vary between retail stores stocking holster and those found on this website.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated delivery address, and title passes upon payment for the products in full.
We do suggest a work address so someone can receive the delivery in person.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We take pride in our quality. We are sorry if you experience a fault with one of our products and we will endeavour to replace the product if it is within warranty.
We warrant to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three months.
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from the authorised retailer. The original purchase receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product from the retailer is the required proof.
This proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
